Last week our Reception pupils went to visit a working farm and became farmers for the day. We learnt how to grow crops, how to feed and look after farm animals. We even tried to be sheep dogs and round the sheep up and move them from one field to another! We all had an enjoyable and busy day.
We came 3rd out of 62 teams! What a fantastic achievement.
In science today, Merlins were using their scientific knowledge to carry out investigations involving electricity. They were finding out what happens when you add more cells to a circuit and also what happens when more bulbs are added to a circuit. The children made predictions and then tested these hypotheses.
