Our hall grew lots of poppies overnight to help us remember all the service and sacrifice of all those that have defended our freedoms and protected our way of life.

As part of their music lessons based on World War II, Y5/6 have composed their own anthems to celebrate D-Day, VE Day and the Battle of Britain. The children have written their own lyrics based on these historical events and then put these to music, writing their own accompaniment using the correct musical notation.
