Performance Poetry

In Kestrels class, the children have worked extremely hard on writing their own nonsense poems based on Jabberwocky.
As part of our work on performance poetry, the children then chose to read their own nonsense poem or Jabberwocky, focussing on intonation and expression. We watched videos of famous actors performing the poem for inspiration.
