We value our partnership with Tumaini Children's Charity. Throughout the year we run sponsored events to support them with food and items to learn. Although this is a new partnership, we have already raised over £800. However, we also benefit richly from the cultural capital we gain through discussions and hope to strengthen our relationship with Tumaini Brooks School who educate 500 children in Kiambu Kenya.

We are currently raising funds through a sponsored travel by either cycling, walking or running the distance from Abberley to Kenya. 

In our most recent correspondence at the start of April 2021 Alice the headteacher said that circumstances are worse than ever relating to Covid in Kenya and the children have not returned to school. We hope and pray for them and also that we may be the answer by offering support through this challenging time.
