Maths:

Miss Hughes’ group – L.O. To reason and problem solve with ordering fractions

Today you will be using your knowledge from yesterday to reason and problem solve with ordering fractions. You might find it handy to have a fraction wall to help you. Remember, you can watch the video again if you need to. Always try and explain your reasoning thoroughly. Please don’t just put yes or no!

I have attached Bronze, Silver and Gold activities for today. Pick the one you feel most confident with and, if you complete this, maybe challenge yourself with the next level up.

Mrs. Gregory & Mrs. Postlethwaite’s group – L.O. To reason and problem solve with ordering decimals

Today is your opportunity to show me how much about ordering fractions you have understood. Your place value grid should be glued to you by now! Always try and explain your reasoning thoroughly, please don’t just put yes or no! Remember, you can watch the video again if you need to.

I have attached Bronze, Silver and Gold activities for today. Pick the one you feel most confident with and, if you complete this, maybe challenge yourself with the next level up.

Computing:

As you have been doing so much work on coding recently, I thought this lesson from BBC Bitesize might prove interesting or useful for future coding. Watch the videos and then try the activities. Feel free to carry on doing more coding on J2Code or Scratch afterwards :) Click on the link to start the lesson.
