Well-being

Lockdown is not easy. The pressures of being in close proximity without our usual support networks is difficult. Below there is information relating to support which is available. If you feel talking to the headteacher of the school would be useful or have any concerns relating to the safety or well-being of your children or a member of our community, please e-mail head@abberley.worcs.sch.uk and request a call back.

You can also offer voluntary help for others for people local to you on this website. This might include help shopping for vulnerable people in your community or getting people connected. Take a look to find out what opportunities are avaialable.

Mind is another supportive charity who offer guidance and emergency lines for those in need of support with mental health.

Childline has some brilliant advice for children and parents relating to challenges that maybe faced during these times. They can be called on 0800 1111. There is also a range of games and activities to boost well-being available on their website.
